Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are shopping from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. In addition, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened personal-care products, earrings). These are noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Email info@mazaby.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
